Re: Frog box
Only guy I know that goes frogging just pulls rubber roof material over a bucket and holds it tight with a hose clamp. Then cuts a slit for the frogs.
I’m sure you down south are more sophisticated.

Re: Frog box
Use a live basket with a spring loaded lid. Get em at academy for 25 bucks and can fit about 80 frogs in our. Easy to drop them in and impossible for them to hop out.

[quote="stu"]An old cooler works just fine.
I use an old ice chest and cut a small rectangle in the top with a jigsaw.
From the inside of the top, I closed that hole with a piece of plywood and a door spring/hinge bolted to the plywood and the cooler.
When you push the frog in, the little door closes behind your hand. I will post pics later.

Re: Frog box
I get a short piece of 3 or 4'' pvc and tape a decoy sack to it, then hang it on the side of the boat. throw frogs in till u get worried about them jumping out, then throw the sack in a icechest and tape on another one.
I got tired of scratching my hands up on my wire frog cages.
