23 mini on a 16'-17' boat? Thoughts?

 23 mini on a 16'-17' boat? Thoughts? I went ridin in wallyville the other day w/ everyone and i mentioned wanting to get a boat built. I told the guys i was thinking about getting a 15 footer because i only have a 23. They suggested getting a 16' or 17' boat for it because it would perform better. Comments? Suggestions? Anyone seen or have such a rig?

Re: 23 mini on a 16'-17' boat? Thoughts? Yep, that's the one. Super light for the size, and was actually built for a 27 Mini. You should seriously look at it before you decide against it. I know you'd be happy with it.

I'm running a 23GDSD on a 1644 go-devil hull and I don't have a problem running 20mph with me, my dad, my dog, full tank of fuel, and other miscelaneous shit in the boat. That's with a gunked up air filter too. I am planning on putting a k&n on her to let it breathe a little better and possibly aftermarket exhaust just to free it up a little more.
