I think it is a great idea. There is no way in he'll we could ever put a LA or Tx ride together on SA. To many people from too far away.

Way to go Tony. Remind me to Hug you when we see Each other next time.

With Love,
Uncle J

FTR, Southern Airboats is a highly respected site and I'm not really trying to compete with them, but trying to give folks on this end of the country a place to hang out. SA is a very cool place with some cool people.

Not offended at all, I'm glad I got the chance to show my respect to SA. Actually wanted to let that be known from the get go. Gotta give respect where it's due.

I've been a member of SA for a longtime & is a very imformative site but most of the more "vocal" members are old time southern guys with the agenda of keeping the "gladesmen" heritage alive.

Offering alternate opinions or thinking "outside of the box" on SA will normally get you a good arse chewing. LOL

Florida is over run with Yankees & they are doing everything they can to enact curfews or all out bans on airboat operations on the lakes they moved in on.

SA & the FAA is tied up in these good fights & many of the posts deal with these problems & rightfully so!!!

The main crew of SA has done a fantastic job here in Florida!!!

I think it's great to offer up another forum!!!

So why ddon't they just take all the fun out of boating and put more crime in the streets and more drug trafficing and we'll see how bad they want to lift these stupid bans. People like that piss me off, as soon as you find something fun and interesting someone comes behind you and says NOPE we're figuring out a way that you can't do that anymore!
