 Spud Pole Kit What size pipe do you guys use for your spud poles? Also what lengths did you guys make your poles?

Re: Spud Pole Kit Made mine from 1" i.d. alum conduit (donated by an un-named local refinery  ). 7' tall with a 1' T. For the front I cheated. Took the trollin motor outta the bow mount and used a piece of 3/4" alum conduit. Fits the bow mount perfect.

Re: Spud Pole Kit 1" sc 40 fer the pole and 1 1/4" sc 40 for the socket. 7 or 8 ft long like camo said with a t so u can pull it out da mud. If u need it for deeper water than the 7 8 ft pole would hold ya, i would step up the pipe od of pole.
