Yep, longtail is my hunting rig, but "fun runs" usually involve 3 an 5 mile river hauls or longer... POS does 27+ mph - longtail don't....

Each rig has it's purpose - that's the way I like 'em....

Also hunt out of a 2009 GDSD 18x48 x 35 GDSD - but it's too purdy an new
for log jumpin' up the lake cut which you must travel to get into Miller...
Belongs to the good friend who had the b-day party I had to go to...

Good subject for a whole new thread - all about the 3 or 4 distinctly different hull designs available from GoDevil and all the different power options - task specific to different uses in different places....

Ridiculous. Thats all i gotta say. 95% of what you said is bullshit 95% of it is so misleading. Troy came in to pull my ass out and he got stuck. James was right behind troy, but in a little bit of water. (we were not). Gigga pulled up, in a foot of water and started snapping away and mind you he was laughing his ass off. After we started to get out gigga was no where to be found. I guess he peaced out after we started to get out. So gigga, suck my nuts, and thanks for the help.

Oh and chris ran the same shit with a worn out prop. Nice excuse.

Mitschke,

You were in a bad spot - one that would have stuck just about any boat with any brand motor...

You need to read ALL of these Wallisville threads, ESPECIALLY page 1 of this thread to understand - they were friendly invites to friendly guys - who all had a good time together....

Then all the trash started about Damon being stuck - and some friendly guys lending a helping hand... Somehow it turned into this brand motor or that brand boat can do anything.... Stop anywhere and go again....

Pure BS....

You know if you look closely at those pics of Damon you see a boat drive up - hand him a rope and drive off.... Does anyone talk about that ?

No...

That is what - I am Laughin about - how "one sided" some of these guys are - who just weren't there....

Have a safe drive home...

Re: Wallisville Run 03/09

Fellers the mud at the mini maddi gras and the mud at t-als run was all fake mud We had a helicopter put the boats out their so we could shoot some picks. When you talk mud take another look at the t-al video that is mud as far as you can see. Yall was on a little mud flat with water around it. Bro did yall know how much it cost to rent a helicopter for a day i had to weld padeyes and sheet to get them to lift my boat and put it out their.

Stop talking shit and get 4-5 boats of each brand with the big hitters running them and see what yall got. Put the fork up or shut the fork up. Fork i'll even show up with a 23 to make it fair

Well --- today two GoDevil powered boats, two ProDrive powered boats, and a tricked out GatorTail powered boat all went to Miller....

The two GoDevil powered boats had a nice ride - made half dozen laps around the lake....

The other three boats spent about an hour STUCK - like Chuck -- about 75 yards into the lake....

Them is the facts of the day....

Now --- far be it from me to say that the motor brand or boat design or what caused this --- embarasing predicament....

But "that is how it was" on Miller Lake today....

dude you need let it go. I was the last one stuck and the first one unstuck. I guess I should have busted out my camera when I was pullin on the pd's  . I'm not a jerk that sits on the side lines while others are stuck. I went to help them. what more is there to say. Should I have just stopped and taken a bunch pics? We all came out to ride and have fun. Your the one who ran home like a little kid and posted pics on the internet.

This is funny

I did notice that while 3 of us were workin our collective asses off trying to make inches...the 2 GD boats were parked in the water or riding around. I could give a shit less about the pics or being stuck. I saw Mitshke in a bind and I rode my ass right up within 15 feet of him to throw a rope and help and wah-lah....it was some bad sticky shit.
I did what I would hope anyone would do in the situation. HELP

Next up was James...he was a bit further out stuck as well. Thank God he got unstuck because if he hadnt we'd still fukin be there I guess. So with that I say Thanks to those that helped and to those that sidelined...well...what can be said-

The top layer of that mud (5-6" or so) was nice and wet....under that it was like sticky clay w/ little water in it. Nothin to bite on and nothin to backfill the hole that was gettin dug-

My point in saying what I did last week was I'll go and put my boat in the crap without hesitation...if I get stuck I get stuck...whooptie do-

I just know now that if you are my lifeline I'll have to follow you around in the safety zones so I'm not fuked if something goes wrong.

I'll eat some crow (I guess)....you can go eat a dik-

Like I said...I was the first muthafuker to drive into the balls only zone to help a dude out of a bind. Exactly what I said I would do (you know plop me in the middle of it) I thought that was what was supposed to happen in a situation like that

it ain't the pictures Einstein....it's the commentation plain and simple-

I truly hope for your sake you aren't in a bind sometime and I have a birthday party to get to
For anyone else on the planet I'd be an hour late and still get to eat cake and ice cream :?

Was pin the tail on the donkey fun? Did you split the pinata in half when you swung at it :?:

Gigafowl...a man that will smile and shake your hand at the boat ramp then leave you (and two others) high and dry-

When you left us with the other GD rig that was so gung ho to help us....our three rigs had gone absolutely NO WHERE. You sir...are a fine piece of shat....the more I think about it the more it was 100% WRONG

T-mac you and TxShockWave were the ones at the hi stakes poker table....

I was just a spectator not a player.....

You saw that TSW went straight to the back of the lake and camped in a semi-dry
mud flat.... That was his play.... You went right next to him and shut down too....

Bet and Call....

Meanwhile - I was ridin in the edges of the water left in the lake to see what the
turn card was gonna be....

After a few minutes -- ya'll both blasted right out with no sweat....

Looked like a draw....

* * * * * * * *

Next hand delt - was to show who could pull up to Mitsche and get back out....

You led off TXSW matched yer play and called....

* * * * * * * *

Now for half an hour Marsh Bandit and I sat on the sidelines and NOT ONCE did anyone
ask for help --- or act as if the hand had been played to completion....

* * * * * * * *

When I left ya'll were sweatin bullets and pushin your motor to the max....

Was not about to get between two bulls - that were clashin'....
By interferring with ya'lls bet...

Just glad everyone had fun and went home in their own boat - under their own power....

Peace Out....

Yes Craig....that's exactly what happened- Truth be told...didn't even know he left. Was too busy wrestlin my tiller and sweatin
The other dude was still there but gave no inclination to lend a needed hand either.

It's common courtesy/sense to help a feller out when they are stuck....no need to be asked. Just pull up as safely as you can and hold a rope up...easy as that-

Wasn't aware we needed to "ask for help"
was pretty sure it was very apparent we were in a bind-

No sweat though....James took care of it.

Gigatard....if you thought I was out there with James and James to have some sort of competition you are a bafoon. Me and shock wanted to go tear some shit up, Mitcshke showed up to play as well...plain and simple-
I now know why you were there.

It's all good though really...just don't get stuck on my watch and don't smile and shake my hand next time I see you. A simple fuk you will suffice...just make sure you have a gun handy 8-)

dude....last time I will say this-

This wasn't some competition....the words you keep posting was talkin some shiat-

The folks that were there that day and the others involved knew I was talkin it.

Aside from that I'm not scared to drive/stop in anything. When there's other boats around typically there is comfort knowin that you will be helped if needed. A "gentleman" would have tossed a rope to one of the three of us.
Furthermore...I didn't "ram your boat" and my Breaux skiff is just fine-

You coulda killed your engine when you saw me drifting towards your stuck on the log boat
