Ok guys well ive had the boat for almost two months now and im just getting around to getting some speeds and load test. I am looking to put a NEW CARB and marshmellow exhaust within the next few weeks but for now im running bone stock. I have a 32 HP Pro-Drive(the one with the tacky intake on the top) running a 1648 Gatortrax w/ 2 five ft gun boxes, 2 storage boxes, and extended front deck with storage. Overall ive been extremely pleased with both the boat and the motor. I know that the boat is fairly "rare", they only made the 48" boat for a few years around 2006-2007 and it actually is very similar to the boats that PD are using currently. The motor really seems to be a good fit for the boat and she responds very well in both shallow and deep water. I havent got to test any mud flats yet but im looking forward to it as soon as possible. I have already repainted the motor but couldnt get the pics up here yet, and I plan to repaint the hull to match the motor this week. I will post pics when finished. I also am trying to get a blind built from LAOUTLAW on here before big duck season opens up. I hope yall enjoy and stay tuned for updates

ahaha ok go ahead and let me have it!! I havent bought it yet but my buddy has one that hes selling for his new minkuni. I was gonna pick it up until i could slam a new one on there???? I guess i asked for this one so let me know about em im new to the game. should i leave it alone?

if you buy that carb you deserve everything coming to you. There is a reason your buddy is selling it!

x2 on the last two post's. Just get you a stock 36 carb and you'll probably be fine. The 36 can be tweaked a little to make it better also, but will be much better than the 32 carb even if you just bolt it on.

thanks for the help guys! yes what i was saying is that I have a friend of a friend who has one that he has been using for a while and is now going to the mikuni..... I had heard bad things about them but hadnt really done my research on here yet to check out the actual problems people were having with them. he said eveyone would chit talk it, but assured me that if i wasnt happy with it he would refund my money. I havent said yes to the offer, he just knew i was in the market for a something used and aftermarket. I can assure you that I wont be buying it now just from the quick response you all gave. Im not looking for any type of money pit obviously no one is. so once again thanks for the help and if anyone hears of a 36 carb for sale please let me know.....
