hello there fellas , just thought i would introduce myself because im new and stuff.
my names Ray,
i have been looking at mud motors and have decided its time. im working on picking out what i want. but this is all subject to change. i think i want a 1754 prodrive boat with a 36hp manual reverse motor. i have called the stealership and they should be getting one in pretty soon but the price is pretty up there. so lately i have been looking at some used ones. i duck hunt, bowfish, fish, and just enjoy running on the river and lakes. if you guys could give some opinions on my boat/motor option i would appreciate it.

he can show it all he wants ha, and im located in texarkana, basically on the texas arkansas border, we have a place right on the river, its so low right now u have to have a jetfoot ,mm or airboat to use it in some parts

There is quite a few people in your area. Maybe you can hook up with a few and get some demo's. Know there is a crew heading to caddo this weekend. Maybe you could meet up with them?

Also quite a few custom builders around. You can purchase your motor of choice, new or used, and have a hull built for your needs. Save you a little money if you rig it all out yourself.

westi we are pretty close to the hw 8 boat ramp. seen a guy out on the red with twin GDs, we go bowfsihing back on a cove a little up river of the ramp.

sandro, my younger brother is going to Genoas homecomming dance tomorrow night, i thought about going to crash it lol, but the woods suits me better

and im looking at the 36pd, are there any major things i should know about it before getting one?
