How far bent do y'all let the shaft get bent before changing it? I've got a out 1/4" at the end. Everytime I take it out I'm hoping to hit something that'll knock it back straight, but it seems to only hit in the same damn spot. I know its going to wear the bushing faster but was just curious in what I could get away with.

you can always run it till it breaks (which may be in the basin at dark with the mosquitos eatin ya up)

personally I would save the worries and go ahead and change it, your gunna have to so you might as well do it and have the peice of mind.

A new shaft is only like 60 bucks. just order it.

Hell, i bent within the first 5 hours. It's only got 100 hrs now. Never had one bent this bad.
