Cuttdown, as you and many others are all too familiar, the Utah midget doesn't like competition and will do ANYTHING to silence them.

As I stated above, fudbuddy has received the royal treatment here over the years by this forum purposely vanishing any thread that contained negativity towards them...whereas negative pd, gt or gd threads continue to stay up.

I must also admit that I'm glad the midget had y'all asses banned from the fuge. Cause had that not happened, mmt wouldn't exist. As you stated above, he made the bed, now it's time to nap!

Just as I said over there, it is a product specific forum, that is run by the manuacturer. They can run it as they wish, just as yall can with the GT forum. In my honest opinion, unless someone owns or is considering buying a MB (or a GT, either way, my point is the same) there's really no need to go to their forum. It's kinda like snoopin thru the neighbor's house while they're at work. You really have nothing to gain from it, and it always seems to cause problems, especially when their wives are home. Seriously tho, what would I gain from goin on the GT forum, much less going on there & telling Kyle he's a big ol bully & sayin Craig's a punk? I'd gain nothing more than having them be pissed off for me goin to their house & insulting them. Owen, no disrespect intended, but the way you've been carrying yourself in the last few posts is exactly in that manner. It's almost as tho you're tryin to see just how far you can go before you get the boot. Then if they correct you, like you asked them to do in the deleted post, you make a bigg isue out of it. Come on, dude, you aint even got a dog in this fight, why try to get in the middle of it? I've tried to stay out of it, as I too, have no stake in it, but I can see it getting a lil out of hand & is looking like it's about to get ugly for everyone involved.

Bottom line, if you don't like how they run their show, stay out of it. I've left more than one because it sucked in my opinion, but I didn't feel the need to try to belittle everyone that was involved in it on my way out.

For the record, I never thought this guy desrved to get a new hull, or have Excel fix it for him, but I would like to think that's what his insurance company would've done. Cudos to G1enn for stepping up, and takin a loss just to correct a customer's ignorance.

Mr Brooks, I do agree, sir. It was brought here, and should've stayed here. However it didn't & now it's turning into a this forum, that forum BS arguement. Alot of the crap is going back & forth between the 2 forums by members running from one side to the other, almost seeming like they're sole purpose was to stir the pot. It's funny how the fella that started the post is no longer posting on it because his problem was resolved, yet the post continues to feed. All it will do is create more bad blood between the 2 sides.

I respect you and what you have to say and have read the all post over there and over here.

However, I would add that whole thread over there got started when Gun Doc signed up over here, started running his mouth and then ran over there and started that thread stirring all that up. All the while claiming to be a "straight shooter". He wasn't doing anything but causing trouble like a little high school girl.

Then G1enn had to go taking pot shots at Tony B who had NOTHING to do with any of it. I think THAT point is really getting lost. G1enn started firing at Tony and basically telling him a lawsuit was coming. Rick "the big toe" and everyone else over there fails to acknowledge that part and that it was G1enn and Gun Doc who started all the back and forth between the sites. That is BS. I pick a fight with you and then say oh, why are you fighting with "little ole me". I was just an innocent person sitting here and you came at me. BS. You start it, don't get mad when you get slapped back.

If those brain dead knuckleheads even read what was posted over here on this specific subject, most of us called the guy out for buying the boat in the first place. We did point out that the front page of their website seemed to encourage and condone the exact behavior that they were now saying was abuse.

As far as all their cheerleaders saying that G1enn is god and stepped up and served his customer, then I would point out that they first rejected his warranty claim and blamed him, and only after he posted here and it ran on for several pages did they step up and do anything.

They can say whatever they want about this site, but the one thing you won't get by with over here is BS. You will get called on it. Owen was basically just calling BS on the whole "This site exists to bash Mudbuddy" BS. Everyone gets bashed. Put your big boy panties on and deal with it or go somewhere else.

I see no Mudbuddy Specific bias over here (anymore than bias against ANY brand you are not driving) and very little against G1enn. Although the more he pulls this, the more there will be. Owen hit a little too close to home with them on the "you are seeing ghost" line I think.

Bottom line is guy bought the wrong boat, damaged it, then filed a warranty claim. They denied his claim, blamed him and sent him on his way. He choose to share his experience with MMT and got slammed by the members about his decision to go with a .100 hull, and then supported by the members here for their telling him to go FO.

Everything else is BS.

It all started when gundoc came here...then went back their tooting his horn. Basically...MMT helped this guy get a new boat because the midget can't silence what is said here...and now he (the midget) is upset because had it not been for this forum..that customer wouldn't of had an avenue to seek help.

I do agree that Gun Doc stirred a big ol pot when he started the thread over there. That's why I said if you don't like what happens on MMT, then don't get on MMT and vise versa. As far as the warranty on the boat goes, if it were my product, based on the lil facts I have, not only would I refused to replace or repair it, I would've called him out when he started the thread in the beginning. Again, I have no dog in the fight, so I tried to stay out of it. As far as G1enn & Tony, that's really none of our business & should've been done in private instead on a public forum for all to see. What's done is done though, & I'm sure they will somehow get their issues resolved. Hopefully it will be sooner than later.

Insurance, long story made short, they would not cover it because I did not file it when it happened. I tried filing about a month ago, and I took the original pictured in September. I told him the situation, and that still didn't matter.

Lesson learned # many - file right away.

My boat insurance is through Farm Bureau.

i totally agree with camo on his posts. this dude played this site and some of it's members like a fiddle. good for u i hope u enjoy your new boat. this is a good site and i hope it keeps getting bigger but some of the banter here is just crazy to me. go a head and say it i don't have to get on. just saying if this site wants to grow it needs more sponsers. look at the other site 27,000 members and hundreds of state and site sponsers. this site has almost 5,000 members and growing but it seems that about only about 200 or so post actively. why is that. their is a lot of good info in the engine and boat forums. i get calls from members on this site and others all the time asking engine questions because they think others might think of them as dumb. thats pretty sad. i think the man from out west shold have got on this site as soon as he knew about it and told why he didnt want to warrenty that hull. i really don't think he should have done a thing for him. it would have saved alot of bull crap. if your going to pitch the ball be prepared to have it hit right back at ya.
