 Re: Loose prop.
Mine is brand new too, but it isn't loose at all. It takes some elbow grease to make a full turn. Does it spin completely around when you push it? The steel plate that holds the skeg together has some rust around it, does yours?

 Re: Loose prop.
No rust on mine , and I only run the salt marsh , as for the prop It dont turn all the way aroud very very little movement , in it , you get your speeds worked out , man I've got 12 hours on mine and it seem like the more i run it the better it runs and the faster it runs , you been runnin your much.

 Re: Loose prop.
You mean like the hex on the prop may be a little too big for the hex on the shaft and its got some wiggle room?

 Re: Loose prop.
Try to tighten the nut a lil more. Sometimes it'll barely back off & allow the play in there.

 Re: Loose prop.
Ya, I got the speeds worked out damn good. I had 2 of my buddies in the boat the other day and it was still haulin. U gettin good speeds? you were right about the nut barely under the water because that is the best speeds for me. U been in the mud yet? I was in a couple of inches of water the other day and just blows through it man haha. I think you got yours a few days before me, but I'm at 8 already haha.

 Re: Loose prop.
Ya I had it in the mud not much because we don't have any, but what I did find it was good.
