Ok so I got nothing better to do but I did a little math onj ust a avg boat with a stock pd avg speed I may be wrong at this but if you run 42mph you got to turn at LEAST 7063 RPM's on that motor.

Kid you would be turning out right at 7500's rpms to go that speed with that motor. You cant even mod a motor and get that fast sorry. And what kinda boat is this motor on.

It could be done, but he hasn't done it... Right mods, right builder, right prop.

I'm sure it could be done, and not at those rpm's. With the prop you would need to make it happen, it would be a turd on the bottom end though. Be a lil easier if you could play with the gearing on a pd, but either way, if all you wanted to do was run 42, it could be done.

You'd need one of those SETX edition tin can boats too.
