 Re: 1648 Grizzly w/ 36 PD
LMAO @ the 111 views and no comments.....Anyways, I bought it from Bass Pro and painted it and all the other shit I did. It's never touched water yet but it's gonna next weekend. I got to put it in to see if it even floats w/ that heavy PD motor on the back but I think it'll be ok. Don't know what speed I'll get but I'll post it when I know.

Sharp rig! I'm running a 35gdsd on a short transom 1648 Weldbilt and it runs great! Getting 26.5 in deep water and thats with the prop popping out at high rpms. Probably could bend the tabs, but I'm no speed demon.

Nice looking rig, I would like to know how it does on your boat too. I just ordered a 36 pd to put on my 1860 fisher hope to have it early next week, and trying shortly after that. I dont have the mud like most of you got but just needed to get to places that the 40 hp mercury cant go.

 Re: 1648 Grizzly w/ 36 PD
Make sure to take those Neo Mats out after each run & put em up OUT OF SUNLIGHT!!!! If you don't they're gonna turn a pinkish purple color & look like shiat!!!!!! Speaking from experience, my floor that was bad azz when I put it in back in Feb, is now some ugly azz shiat that I wish would disappear so I could replace it. They're super cool on your feet & are soft as living room carpet to walk on, but they fade like a bitch.
Boat looks damn good, by the way.

Great looking boat! Is that the Tracker gun box or did you get one somewhere else?
