 Prop Removal - PRODRIVE
Hole in the side of the spline adaptor, bolted on the bottom of the clutch. Put a ratchet extension in it, turn prop till it wedges up against something.

 Re: Prop Removal - PRODRIVE
Anybody try blue threadlocker on the shaft threads? it wont wash out and wont congeal in to that hard crap like anti-seize can do and it protects/seals the threads from water. I know it works real well on trucks, 10yr old bolts come out nice and clean even though everything around them is rusted out.

 Prop Removal - PRODRIVE
The main problem is not the threads seizing up. Everytime you hit something with your prop, it pushes up on to that tapered bushing a little more, and the bushing closes onto the shaft more. The longer it's on there and the more shit you hit, the tighter it gets. When your taking the prop off and finally get that bushing past the shaft, it's all gravy.
