 training blind retreives
Having issues teaching my lab blinds if he sees it its a done deal if not I have to throw something to get him in the area any advise

What that guy said. To be able to effectively train blinds your gunna need alot more info than can be given in a post. Gotta say the rock thing is pretty slick though

work on the trust with the dog....start small and work your way back...had the same problem with my pup....i used the baseball diamond method...with bumpers at 1st 2nd and 3rd and dog on pitchers mound and yourself at home plate...work on it in the yard for atleas a week until the dog has confidence....then switch to light cover such as picked cornfeild or short grass...then move to thick cover...if dog doesnt take to it immediately then back off to the most recent scenario...good luck!
