 Need a motor! (in a month)
I got a 1546 x-press and im looking for a good short tail i live in Arkansas but i fly out of galliano la at the Air Log heliport so i can buy in south Louisiana and i drive a ways to pick one up. If ya think of anything holler at me, i gotta a couple guys im talking to on this site but they may sell before i can buy cuz they are good deals. BUT i am paying cash to somebody in august or end of august for a mud motor. preferably $3500 or less not to worried with year model just life longevity wear-n-tear that kinda stuff. thanks guys Justin

Dont hate i know it sounds weak and beggar homeless like but i gotta wife and i dont hold the power of purchase anymore plus i only gotta week left at home and ill be gone till then. Nad I mean.

really does than seem high its powdercoated brand new prop and new paint over the powder coat carb was just put in i thought it was a good deal if it was a mini i would think i got screwed

what would you have offered for it milker it cost 4190 plus 250 (shipping) and 695 for the carb kit thats 5135 bucks for a motor new 09 i paid 3000 (2135 saved) its only got 100 hours I can find a better deal one day but not this close to duck season.

Don't bother with the hatas- 3K for that motor is a pretty good deal. Use the extra $500 in your budget for a stainless exhaust to take full advantage of the mikuni.

I assume BA is talking about the 25 HP limitation on the bayou meto and some other NWR/state grounds.

the word I have gotten from AGFC employee is that there will be no changes made this year to the 25 hp max rule on state of AR wma's that don't already have the limitation in effect. The changes will most likely take effect next year on the remaining WMA's without the 25 hp max. There are no plans to limit hp on any of the NWR's in AR, in particular the White River Refuge or Felsenthal.

well gives me a year i guess, yeah kind of figured it would be hard to restrict the NWRs with major rivers passing through them.
