Fluids are all good and battery is good? What else would be causing this to act up?

We've been haven a few down this way doing exactly what your discribing. Try a little test. tap a screw driver handle on the motor of the pump while triming up or down. if it starts working while your tapping then more than likely you've got water in there causing rust to build up on the armature or the field .

Simple fix, Disconnect the battery, remove the pump from the bracket ( DON'T disconnect the hydraulic lines) 2 small screws hold the pump to the motor. remove them, (motor should seperate from the pump). look and see if you do indeed have water or rust building up. If so theres 2 screws holding the field and armature in place remove them ( I find the screws to be really tight and tend to want to strip out take a small pair of vise grips and us them to break them free). everything should slide out the plastic cover. Clean everything with Elec cleaner, might have to clean the armature and field with a little fine grit sand paper. then clean it again.

reassemble the motor exactly the way you took it apart. ( I reconnected the battery and test ran the motor before reinstalling it to the pump.) if alls well take a little dab of silicone or rtv and seal between the motor and and the pump and where your wires go into the motor housing. you should be good to go. around a 30 min job

Thank You!!!!!!

I will try that. It was working just fine and now it wont come up, sounds like something as the rust issue in the armature(sp).

I now that I didn't drain last winter and the last time I used it the temps were around -19 and it was not liking that.
Thanks again!!!
