 Jell coat I have a 14 foot Jon boat with a long tail is there anything I can put on the bottom of the boat like a jell coat or something to make it alil slicker for sliding purposes.

Re: Jell coat anything you put will eventually chip and will have to be reaplied.
You can go with polymer, but that will be expensive, but each to their own.

Re: Jell coat Ya I dont really mind reapplying it only takes about 30 minutes to get my boat flipped over. So I'm just wanting something cheaper to put on there.

Re: Jell coat Never tried it but hear good reports on frog spit or steelflex. Its like an epoxy.

Re: Jell coat i seen a boat for the first time with a roll on epoxy like substance the other day. guy said he got it from an air boat company out of florida who makes it. not sure what it is, but i was very very impressed. it was super slick. said he has to reapply about every 2 seasons
