 Re: Shock collar
G3. if you plan to run more than one dog you can add that possibility but you are gonna pay more for it. I had a 3 dog receiver and used it. The only reason i had it was because i got a deal on one. There is a place online you can buy refurbished ones at a discounted rates. if you really wanna know where i can make some calls and find out the site.

 Re: Shock collar
G3 sport or combo. both are great. Perfect for training and Duck hunting. Mine is about 5 years old and the battery is starting to quit. $30 bucks every 5 years i can live with. If you are duck hunting the gps is overkill...

 Re: Shock collar
I have the both the Tritronics Pro 100 (single dog) and the Pro 500 (dual dog). I've had them for 12 years and had the 500 refurbished (came back like a brand new unit--new battery, charger, case for around $150 after I had it for 8 or 9 seasons). They're great and the next generation are even better.

 Re: Shock collar
I have the three dog pro 500 and collars more than enough power for those really stubborn corrections and never had a problem had it for about 5 years but for a person only owning one dog and hunting in the marsh could see where that new Harmon would be pretty sweet

 Re: Shock collar
I have a G3 sport. Best add on i added was the led light. hard to see my lab out at night, the light on the collar is awesome.
