Obama called for a weapons ban
The libs are happy to know that Obama declared last night that he is in support of a assault weapons ban, but it miffs them that they cannot actually celebrate it.
Libs learned a hard lesson in 94. Newly elected Bill Clinton got his assault weapons ban in place, then got kicked in the teeth in the 94 elections. Libs are still as anti gun as ever, they just do not talk about it as much.
Last night, Obama unequivocally stated he supports a new assault weapons ban. What he will not tell you, is that assault weapons are used in less than 3% of the nations murders. He will also fail to mention, that black Americans make up 12.5% of the population, and commit 50% of the nations murders, and he will not talk about the percentage of those committing murders that are coming from the welfare programs, the influence of rap music, or the number of murders that come from single parent homes.
If elected a second time, Obama will go after guns. He will go after hand guns, after ammunition, and he will go after the assault weapons. He is a Marxist, and all Marxist hate civilian gun ownership. Obama knows that he cannot get your Bibles, or your children, until he first gets your guns.

Re: Obama called for a weapons ban
I did find it interesting that the moderator was actually a co-debator with Obama. Heck, the next time they should just come out of the closet, and have Obama and the moderator hold hands during the debate. The MSM running interference for Obama is just the way it works these days. It was the same way during the VP debate.

Re: Obama called for a weapons ban
She and Obama both told a pure lie. For weeks, he did not call it a terrorist attack, but in turn saide it was all about the YouTube video.
In the Rose Garden speech, Obama used the term "terror", but he was speaking of the original attack on 9-11-2001. Go read the speech, and it is undeniable.
Romney should have hammered him about only showing up to 38% of the daily security meetings. This is the lowest of any President in history.
Candy was definitely in the Obama camp demonstrated by allowing Obama to interrupt, extend his answers at will and helping him if he faltered. Since she selected the questions, it was obvious most of the questions favored Obama–e.g., asking Romney how he would compare himself to George W. Bush. How about asking Obama how he would compare himself to Hugo Chavez?

Re: Obama called for a weapons ban
Do you think Obama would let facts get in the way of his narrative? He wouldn't know an assault rifle from a rubber-band gun. Like the rest of his Socialist friends, he knows that ANY guns in the hands of God-fearing, Constitution-supporting, Freedom-loving Americans who might oppose his radical agenda is a bad, bad thing. Unwanted "Fundamental Transformation" is a mite easier to impose on an unarmed populace.
"Mankind must be prepared and fitted for the reception, enjoyment, and preservation of universal permanent peace before they will be blessed with it. Are they as yet fitted for it? Certainly not. Even if it was practicable, would it be wise to disarm the good before the 'wicked cease from troubling'?" - John Jay
