Here are the gators we killed down in Venice on Pass A Loutre .
One was 8 foot , 7 foot , and 6 foot.

Damn man. I had tags down there last year and didnt get to go till right after Gustav (I think thats the one) and its the 1st time I have ever scratched on a gator hunt. We didnt even see any.

We scouted for four days and only seen three. Two were about 3 foot and one was about five foot. Wildlife & fisheries told me that we would not see any big gators during the day. They said they see them only at night.

ya bate them in the even before and go check them earlier in the morning. thats what we did

No we did it in the morning and then check them the next day. I did not want to run my boat to much down there due to u can only run a 36 h/p mud motor or smaller down there and I have duals 36's . I had to get special permission to run it on the management area.
