Post carb icing
i guess that is what it is called. on my old 36 whenever it was real cold if i didnt have the air filter box turned down to were the intake is by the muffler, i would have problems like the motor bogging down and not wanting to run right. my question is, with the mikuni carbs where the air filter is up higher and exposed, wouldnt the carb icing be even worse? has anyone ran this setup when it was well below freezing outside? also i didnt seem to happen all the time when it was real cold, maybe the days when it happened there was alot of moisture in the air. anyone have any experience with this?
