Yea. Down river bumping up against 23mph. Not too bad for a longtail on an old jon boat. I still say next time we need to swap motors and see what happens.

What i like about this generac is you can load it down and it still will carry the load.

I run right about 23-24 by myself ,and 19-21 with dog and anotheir person light hunting load it really does well on my boat

I love my 23. Arlon and Jakob built it with a 9x7 prop and tuned it to run 4100 RPMs out of water. I thought it would be too much prop, but I trusted them. Glad I did!

Arlon and i took a few hrs of runnin and tuning and thats the best speed i can get but thats still quick for a longtail

Had the 10 but have now switched to the 9x8 1648 mv no center seat alumacraft

Thinkin about taking middle seat out of this alweld boat. It is a 15/44. A little more room would be nice.
