Build your own for about $20.00. You will need access to amig welder for about 10 min. You can use your old muffler flanges, just cut them off muffler pipes ,clean them up with grinder. Purchase Two 3"x 1" nipples, Two 1" couplings, Two 2"x 1" nipples and Two 1" bisquit style replacement mufflers. Weld 3" nipples to flanges. Screw on Couplings, Screw in 2'' nipples, and screw on mufflers. Black iron nipples and couplings work best. Mufflers are rated for 12hp to 16hp engines and can be purchased at lawn mower shops and some auto parts stores. Have built many sets for my friends mufflers last about 2 years and can be replaced for about $6.00 apiece. They sound like a Harley Sportster.

Post Re: looking for some exhaust
I had some drawings and material list I would send out to interested parties, but lost access to my fax line. I started building these for the guys who were fed up with broken muffler brackets, and exspensive replacement performance mufflers. I sent drawings to all mudmotor manufactures to see if they would post them on their forums for a cheap muffler fix for their customers. Needless to say I received a very cold shoulder from the administrators of those forums. This cheap fix with a carb adjustment actually makes motor breath better and maybe adds a couple hp. Many of my friends have picked up some rpms with this set up. If I can help you by phone please feel free to call me at 563-299-5364 and I may be able to explain fix better in person.
