Re: Never Ends Brought it in today around lunch. The bad news is that I need a new lower unit. The other bad news is that by the time I've fixed, replaced, or repaired this thing I could have bought 1 1/2 new ones. This will literally be a new engine when I'm done. New clutch, new lower unit, new sump, studded power head with Flatout gasket (no more leaks), and new clutch coupling. I don't want to say how much repairs are this time...

Re: Never Ends Im running an 06. Had to replace the upper bearing in the lower this past season. Id like to upgrade but i think im gonna run it til it grenades.

Re: Never Ends No, the bolts from the upper slip flange to the knuckle stripped out. I told them I'd been trying to follow Freddy King in the timber in the H.
