I posted a couple weeks ago about putting a 3 blade on a gtr.. Well
I didn't listen I went and purchased a GDSD prop had it broached
To fit the gtr. Didn't run with the gps yet but I went run my crawfish
Traps and I noticed a big difference in the speed I had with a load I'll
Post speeds and Rpm and all that stuff when I get time to play with it a little.
My opinion so far is the money was well spent the vibration in the handle
Is almost all gone.

The three blade is great for removing vibration and runs well in mud. You will lose some ability in grass though. Give and take.
I kind of want to switch to a two blade because I drive in tons of grass

does the grass just get spooled up in the prop?

Three blade does not run better in mud or vegetation it's good for vibration that's about it

I did a lot of testing with 3 blades. Hands down the 2 blade out performs the 3. Only thing a little less vibration.

So no speed gain??? Be nice during summer if when fishing if could gain speed

Only boats the 3 blade is gonna help out with speed are the ones that the stern rides low in the water.

3 blades suks as for as performance that the mud motors require bc the 3 blade clogs up and has no way to clean itself out

Hopkins had made a 3 blade for someone in Tx, but told them before they made and sold it that it wasn't going to be worth a damn in mud or thick veggies. The wheel was made strictly for clear water summer running and fishing.

If anyone remembers, I'm sure coco cum gurgler does, GD went to a 3 blade due to the vibration issues they were having with their SD's at the time. The 3 blade does run better on that POS.

Or we could go back in the way back machine 3 or so years ago when MB was pimping a 3 blade to its customers. Then had to eat shit when they released it and it was a turd.

I don't work for them I work for Allison marine. As for as them making money off props your that fucking stupid. They sell boats and motors. They make penny's off of props. As for as what their gonna offer I'm sure they will all ways offer both but until the 3 blade is right it will not be offered.

It's pretty funny how you attack Gatortail cause you put your props in sand and they burn up. If their not good enough they have 3-4 other company's that offer props that fit a Gtr buy those.
