Looks nice! But my experience has been that you will get pissed off at trying to insert or remove the pin at the X when setting up and taking down. And it will be a pain to deal with if you hunt alone. Locking with straps is a much better solution. I started with the scissor concept and moved to straps for this reason. Plus you can adjust the hight of the framing more easily.

I will I got a canvas material coated in duck oil, that I will use for a windblocker with avery grass and raffia attached.

The blind got put on hold do to GTR responsibilities got a little bit done today. Just incase yall hadnt noticed its fkn hot outside. I got the back part of the blind netted up, ill do the rest when my grass comes in.

Thats my problem. I want it thick because if I put any kind of back screen it would block the wind and I dont think I could deal with all that heat for teal season.

Fd its not avery grass its some kind of grass I picked up at a local hunting store. Im thinking of scrapping it and going with avery grass. This stuff just looks so thin.
