 23 hp homemade sd Ive been workin on getting parts for a home build. I started on the transom mount the other day and got all the aluminum cut out for the box. The transom mount is half way done. Its gonna be a slow build, droppin the hammer next weekend and leavin for mexico monday so its gonna be on pause till I get back. This is what I have so far.

Re: 23 hp homemade sd Yeh I do a little bit of welding. The first was left and right and this is the trim up/down minus the other plate.

Re: 23 hp homemade sd Looks good. Are you going to put any type of bushing in it. I it might get sloppy after a while with just the bolt. Dam clean looking welds.
