Ordered my 18x52 GTB Extreme Series and 35GTR 6 weeks ago and they are saying it won't be ready until next week. They told me that it would take 5 weeks but I guess they are real busy.

I'm sure they are busy, but it does seem kinda funny, cause when you see the video, they got motors piled up in a row in the background and new boats stacked up like firewood outside, lol.

8 weeks does not sound like too outrageous of a wait for a boat ordered in August or September. Obviously, ordering in the busy period with teal season just around the corner will result in longer wait times.

I know you will be mighty satisfied when the boat, built just the way you want it, is finally done. Plus, you catch a break of being able to go to the factory and pick it up. Out here in the west, we have to add weeks to the lead time because of the transit issue.

I am not bitching about how long it has taken...I know things are busy over there and that it will be worth it in the end. I am just getting really anxious waiting on it.

I had talked to them to see how long it would take back at the end of June and just for a hull was four weeks.Something else to think about with all the motors and hulls stacked up is that they have dealers that are also taking orders and last year I was told that one placed an order for 25 in August or September,so that will put a dent in your stock.
