Re: NEW!!! FIRST MUD MOTOR! Been running an LT since '89 and never had a grab bar, but you can bet that after the hunt I will grab something out of the bar for sure! I do suggest one (a grab bar)for the learning curve and beyond, stick time is essential. I have an open floor plan and that way when I fall forward I have the floor- I always wear my kill switch lanyard and keep my feet in a wide stance and balanced. I get there real early too. 20 mph by myself is plenty- built for comfort not speed.
