Re: Mud bash in the basin 2
I would be willing to bet that house....errr....shack boat would have sank regardless of whether or not you guys were riding around out there. Guess that shack boat didn't have one of these:

Re: Mud bash in the basin 2
He'll those poor two guys fishing 50% of y'all ran by almost sank . I slowed down for em bc they was rocking bad .. Some off y'all need to slow the f*** down for ppl fishing on banks . Use common sense if you see a boat fishing slow down an pass with no wake

Re: Mud bash in the basin 2
I think I know the two guys y'all are talking about. Were they the ones fishing inside where we were making a U-turn by that platform? If so, I blew past them. I never saw there was a boat there that wasn't part of our group until it was too late. I figured Jamal woulda said something, but he was too busy looking for an orange life jacket and that nutria that tore his ass up!

Re: Mud bash in the basin 2
Next time, put a boat with a stock motor up in the front of the pack so everyone doesn't get left behind. There should always be a trialing boat and there was one...thanks to Ryan, or Levee Rat or bubba777, or whatever his name is now. And there should be a plan about the route we will be taking. Maps would help, too. We are lucky some one is still not out there trying to get back to the landing. I've been on several rides and it seems on the better ones the route is well planned and advertised to the group well before the ride. But ya'll did an excellent job, anyway. Thanks.
