LOL I will stick to staying on land a while!! Need to let this streak of bad luck pass first!!

wish i would have had a video or pics............................................my bad luck streak continued on our sunday basin ride, when my clutch went out......rod and i decided we were in no rush and decided to tow my boat back, take our time and have the few beers we had left......We had 3 people and a couple of icechest load in rods boat pulling mine that had just gas and basic load......well as we started "taking our time"....the rpm's progressively climbed and the throttle was never let off of wfo all the way to russo's landing.....was turning 4650 in the deep while towing.....all we could say was .....WOW... what a hell of a way to break in a stage 3 motor......needless to say.. much props to coondik for building one hell of a motor because that was a true test that i think most motors wouldn't hold up to. Not too sure how fast we were running, but i felt like about 24 to 26 mph...deffinatly clipping giving the situation.

Should have seen the smile on rods face...it was pricless...giving all the things he has been going through....he was truly at a high point that afternoon....was a great day!!!!!

* 493F cam from EVT w/ stock lifters
* EVT horizontal intake
* Mikuni HSR 42, 165 main jet,22.5 pilot jet,2.3 needle/seat, Std.needle set on 4th position
* Ported / polished heads decked .060
* SS pro flow valves, Std. Dimensions & 3 angle seat
* Stock valve springs,retainers, & keepers shimmed .120
* Napa 71/2 X 12 transmission oil cooler
* EVT crankcase gasket w/ anerobic sealant
* ARP crankcase studs (every other stud was drilled & tapped for 10mm) w/ high tensile SS nylock nuts
* hand made custom LOUD pipes

a tad bit higher then what i would like. as of now, she's runnin' strong!
