the plans i just got in have the bottom shaft going completely throught the housings with 2 brass bushings and all the way to the front of the belt cover box with a bearing there that bolts down to the front. did u do this or just have the two brass bushings.

Instead of the bronze bushings I used a lower bearing housing from back water. It is an extremely high quality piece with 3 bearings and 2 seals I've put 24 hrs on this setup and its just as smooth as the day installed and no leaks!
