Post Heading to Louisiana
I'm headed to Gator-Tail in the morning... I'd like to ride around a bit in some "real" mud and just don't know the area. Anyone willing to show me around? I know its a Monday and most will be at work. But I'd like to run around for an hour or so before taking the boat to the shop.

At the very least where can I launch near the shop? I don't want to bother the guys taking time out of their day etc.

Can anyone provide me some details? Anyone want to meet up? I should be in the area just before lunch. Heck I'll buy your lunch if you show me around

Mud flats are hard to come by right now unless there are some in areas that I'm not familiar with. There's Marshfield Landing and Lake Deautrive landings boths in L-Ville. Water is high right now and with this south east wind, it's even higher.
