Drink water, eat some vitamins and eat sugar... the body breaks alcohol dont to embalming fluid and sugar... your body pisses it out ... you need the sugar to bring your body back to normal sugar levels and get the brain waves straight again.

Was hungover for a good 24 hours after FSU put a curb stomping on Miami. Drank so much water next day that I ended up pissing a solid 14 times before I made it back to Louisiana. B Pedialyte, Pepto, BC Powder and more water. Should be good in a few hours! |

Re: 2 day hangover??? Drink pedialyte before you pass out and when you wake up. My last year of college me and my roomate Used to split a half gallon of heaven hills 4 nights a week. Then we had to get up and go to baseball practice or games. Not sure how we functioned but once we found out about pedialyte from our trainer we pretty much paid the power bill for them for a year.
