Flat bar down, sides pulled just need to cut fit and weld the sides. Hybrid bow will be complete.

Coming along good. How did you determine how much to cut back and how to cut out middle to create the V. I was looking at this when I built mine this past year, but decided not to.

I'm a nobody from Kansas, but I did manage to build a pretty nice mud hull recently and may be able to offer you some advice. Your welds look great, but you may want to research the backstep method when finishing your pass. This method is one of many techniques to reduce weld crater (aka, that little dimple at the end of your bead). Crater cracking develops as the aluminium cools, so you may not see the crack until much later and may have covered it up already making repairs a pain in the......well, you get it. It can happen on any grade of aluminium, however is much more likely to occur when mating different grades together such as 5086 (floor and gunnel) to 6061 (extrusions-gunnel rails, transom caps, grab bars). Not trying to worry you or anything, just thought I could lend a hand here. It's a lot of work to keep everything square, but the end result is totally worth it. Take your time. Good luck man!
