 SD question...
I have a jet now and getting a sd. My question is when running can you trim the sd tail out where it is even or above the bottom of the boat and still run good speed and handle well, or does the tail have to be below the boat to not cavitate?

Prop half in water half out is how u should run it.

Ok with that being said it will be level or above the bottom of the boat right?

The shaft will be slightly above the watet and the skeg will be about 6 inches below
