I have a 2007 mud buddy 35 and after fishing today I found this mid way up my lower unit. Is this normal? Have I blown a seal? Thanks!

Not normal, could be the seal behind your lower gear, pop the clutch cover off and see what ya got going on in their. Easy to replace if its a seal..could also open the plug on the bottom of your belt housing and see what comes out

I opened the plug at the bottom of my belt housing and a little bit of water came out. Not a ton but enough to make a small puddle. I have to take some family out tomorrow, would it be ok to run it once more before bringing it into the shop?

Hard to say without knowing where the water came from.

Should I tighten all of my boats down on the lower unit? I'm bringing it to gator trax this week

If it's leaking through the prop seal it won't help. Just make sure they are all snug. You probably need all new seals an bearings in the lower anyway, so 1 more day shouldn't make much difference......unless it were to lock up on the water.

I would fill it with new grease just to be on the safe side
