It has to be some sort of hydraulic drive system on those pontoons.

I think if the corkscrews were a little more aggressive it would have decent deep water speed

I bet your right! I am serious if someone could make these at a cost comparable to mud motors, and air boats they would make a killing! That would make for one heck of a elevated duck blind! I really don't think it would be that hard to build looks like a frame and a engine to run the hydraulics, and toons. The hydraulics should be pretty straight forward.
