 35'' Tire opinion
ok guys I have a set of 35'' toyo mts on a 2013 dodge 2500 diesel right now and its time for a new set. My toyos lasted a while but they got kind of noisy and they were pretty stiff. Im looking for some new shoes and wanted to see what you guys were running on your diesels and your opinions

 Re: 35'' Tire opinion
I had the bfgoodrich a/t ko's on my mega cab and loved them. I had about 30000 miles on them when I sold it and they still had plenty of tread left. I did a lot of heavy pulling and they handled good, quiet, and did surprisingly well off road for what they were.

 Re: 35'' Tire opinion
These nittos were the first time I have had anything besides a bfg all terrain. They are the best tire imho and I literally Can't drive these stupid ass tires bald quick enough, I'm so ready to get my bfgs back. Only reason I went with nitto is because I have a real specific size that bfg was back ordered 3 months on and only a few other brands make it. That, and I got the set for like 750 or something outrageously cheap like that

I'm running terra grapplers and Iike them, except, when I encounter any kind of mud. They load up and that's a wrap. Going back to the old faithfuls, KM2s.

 Re: 35'' Tire opinion
The bfg ta/ko are a great highway light mud tire you'll get around 30,000. the toyo mt and trail grappler are almost identical in mileage wear. The new amp tire by fuel looks almost identical to the toyo they are so new that really haven't got good reports on mileage back yet. There is always the Fierce Attitude which youll get 50+ on them but they will howl like a mud grappler. Then you have the Bfg km2 which lasts 40+ pulls great in the mud and doesn't get to loud. The Bfgs ride way better than any of the other tires listed toyos would be 2nd then the fierce would be equal with the nittos. Hope this helps.

 Re: 35'' Tire opinion
I have Kumho Road Venture Mt and will be going back with another set when I wear these out.I havent really found many mud tires that dont get noisy when they are getting close to the end.
I ran Nitto Mud Grapplers for 25,000 miles till they were done and they were by far the worst tire I have run.

Had the 35" toyo open countrys, switched to nitto trail grapplers. Compared to the toyos these trail grapplers are really lasting!

 Re: 35'' Tire opinion
I've got 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers on a 4 door wrangler, Load class E. They WERE great for about 30,000 miles, after that they have gotten loud enough to require yelling to talk at interstate speeds but I do have a soft top.
I'm at 50,000 miles and two are nearly done for completely, while the other 2 are wearing very well. Ride has also become bumpy at slow speeds. It's not as heavy as a diesel by any means, and have been off road a handful of times, but may be something to keep in mind when looking.

 Re: 35'' Tire opinion
You might want to look into Federal Couragia MT, I had 35's on a 4 door jeep and I really liked them, and they were a great price. Niight and day differance between BF AT's, which are absolutely worthless in the mud. But the jeep was way lighter than your ride. I have BF MT KM2's on a 4 door 1500 right now and other than the price they are the best wearing tire I have seen yet, I have put 30k on them and they are still in great shape. Both my buddies run 2500's and they swear by Pro-comp MT, but I think they stopped making them.

I have the federals on my truck now. they are good in mud and relatively cheap, but my first set dry rotted before 25,000 miles
