always said if i ever own a boat with a steering wheel it will be ontop a tower! could think of many good uses for a GTR with controls 8-10' off the water!

There is a cc boat getting rigged out right now with polling platform and a raised platform for bow fishing that is gonna be supper nice when completed I'm sure it will b posted on here and it should be very nice work being done!

I had a bass boat with a 33 Evinrude with stick steer in very front!Thottle with right and Steer with Left :lol: Remember them?That was almost 40 years ago

We used to have one of those! LOL. Geez...that was WAY back!

We used to have some neighbors that had a stick steer Merc..think it was a 70...we used to water ski behind!

That 33 was on one of those pointed F/G rigs that looked like it would turn into a submarine if it hit a wave just right! Front seat and rear seat...nothing but space in between!

Googled vintage stick steer boat. This looked exactly like what we had! Except this one looks like it had a front door Evinrude...aka Johnson. :lol: that ain't the 33, though.

Can someone please tell me how hydro steering with a console is in the mud ?!!! I jus sold my stage 1 gtr and I'm ordering a stage 2 from Hoyt 32" shaft the works but I can't decide on tiller or console. I've done my research jus never went ride in a cc. You never hear anyone talking about the mud factor!! Btw it's on a 17x54 gtb
