Well it has been one week since I ordered my boat. I have one or two weeks left. Everyday feels like a week. I could not imagine having to wait the 10 to 12 weeks you have to wait for a gatortail. That has to be miserable. Next time I will not sell my boat until the new one comes in.

Try building your own boat and you don't have a boat to go riding in! And waiting 10-12 weeks for a motor!

No sense in being in a hurry because you will spend plenty of time in it!

Already have a GTR25 in the garage. Just waiting on the custom hull to be build.

feel yall pain, my boat should be ready this weekend and my motor should be in tuesday. The closer it gets it feels like the longer its taking. I cant wait!

Picked up my boat last night. I love it but the deck is a lil short but i can live with that. I have to go to B.R. in the morning so i can get the boat registered instead of mail it in and wait 3-4 weeks. Cant get the loan on my motor released until i have proof of insurance and i cant get proof of insurance until i get my boat stamped. After tomorrow they are going to make me an appt at the local wlf office to get it stamped. So it will prolly be another damn week before i get the motor. I also went in today to get my lic plate for my trailer but they had so many people they were waiting outside so i said fk that and left.

yea this waiting is killing me too. sold two boats at the beginning of jan. then sold a long shaft right after that. ordered 35 gtr in jan. and supposed to pick it up march 10. all i have left to do on my rig is buy a trolling motor but can't decide which one. any suggestions?

I deffinately feel the pain. I ordered my boat the Friday after Christmas and was told 5 weeks so I went and ordered my motor because it would take 4-6 weeks to come in. 5 weeks of anticipation came and went. I didn't hear from my builder so I went to the shop and was told he was backed up so he would start in 2-3 weeks. in the mean time my motor came in in 3 weeks. so now 4 weeks after he told me 2-3 weeks, I have no boat. he hasn't started on it and is very backed up and cant give me a date on when he will be able to start on it. so I have a motor sitting at the boat doctor with no boat. imagine how I feel

no whodat88 I'm gonna go with a bow mount hand controlled. let us know how that transom mount works out. tired of working n hull and trailer, there is only so much you can do to them. i think i am also gonna get the quick release for the mount also.

Was one of those situations where I saw my boning coming ahead of time, so I wasn't surprised. Still sucked because it was right before season. Luckily, I have a good buddy that offered to let me use his boat (he hardly ever hunts anymore). So I did get to hunt some.
