Post Cottonmouth 548 signature
Sorry we haven't posted any lately....... We've been extremely busy! Here's some pics of a 548 signature w/ spud receivers. I will post a review as soon as the 23 copperhead comes in.

i like several boats from different builders but for me corey's builds are the top. take the v-rake 2048 he built docott with big catwalks that boat is 1 bad ass looking boat. docotts boat with the new drop deck and full rod box under catwalk would be the perfect boat for me. keep up the good work corey

Thanks cr244..... I actually have docotts boat here installing carb, exhaust, transom support and bow rails. Also will be starting a 748 signature w/ gtr 25 loaded out including our new pro deck as well as an 848 signature w/ gtr 35. Both will be hybrids and have all the bells and whistles.

Cr-you're right-it is a great looking badass rig :D it's like a 4WD Tahoe-put however much stuff and people you want in it and it goes almost anywhere! I'm told that the boats in his new line are more like sports cars-smaller and more agile, but with great load carrying ability.

Speaking of sports cars...I'm sure you have the parts installed, so...how's it run? :P

Got the motor last night! Went for a two minute test run to make sure it floats and runs so the customer could make a hunt this morning. I will post a review with speeds when he gets back and we get some time with it.

The inset motor mount is a pretty neat ideal! Would work pretty good in all the hyacinths I run, every time I run through a bunch of them I find myself having to lift my motor up to release a mat of lily's! What's your reasoning for building that way (or did I answer my own question?)

That is the main reason. But it has many benefits.

That fine boat there is mine. And let me tell you something... everything about this boat is perfect. Getting compliments about it everywhere I go. The best thing about it is that it runs damn good with a full load. I was pushing 20 with me, 2 buddies and a duck load and the motor still got some tweaking to do to it. All I can say is that if you're looking to get a new boat, doesnt matter what size or kind... Call Corey at Cottonmouth FIRST. Does great work and has great customer service. Next time I go out I'll take some pictures to post.

Just an update... Didn't have the trim set right when I was running 20. Now that I got the trim figured out and Corey did a little bit of carb adjusting, Im pushing a consistent 25 with me, 2 buddies and a fishing load in deep water... Touched 26 and 27 a few times by myself. Last time I GPS'd with me 2 buddies and a duck load we were running 23 in deep water and thats with decoys, guns, shells. and a duck blind. It amazes me how well this boat handles a load. Im loving this boat more and more every day.
