Is there anything behind your console now? And how tall is the console?

I use a moveable seat base..

Kind of like the one GT use to sell. It is a pyramid base with a regular seat base and seat on top.

It allows me to move it around which is really nice with the cc....

I have one in back and one in front.

Also allows me to take them out if I want....

Caddo, do you have to put them in the back of your truck while traveling?

No, he doesnt OD. He usually carries one for a passenger too and just lays them down behind the console when traveling.

Mines got a 4' box with seat pedestal in the lid but i want to put a removable or fold down deck for fishing with a lean post and moveable seat base for hunting.

My new boat. 2048 square chine with 8" cat walks and offset console. Not true side console but not center either. I will set the steering wheel on the left side of the console so that I am pretty much driving in the middle but still have room for someone to sit.

Removable rear bench / fishing platform so me and the First Lady can ride side by side comfortably. Bench can also be moved anywhere along the catwalks or removed altogether.

OD, based on my experiences, I say get a leaning post type seat, as you really won't ever use it much.

I just bought 2 and like them. So has everyone else thatat in them. They arent bulky and let air get in so your buttocks don't sweat.uploadfromtaptalk1395450118292.jpg

Does anyone know of where you can buy a small leaning post for these boats. Similar to whats in a bay boat but only 24-30 inches wide?
