 Pirogue
Looking for Pirogue Builders:
I have seen Chapman and Paw-Paw. I am moslty looking for flat-backs. Would like aluminum but if I can find a glass flat back built like Paw Paw I would have bought one already.

Bayou Rapides Fiberglass Alexandria, LA Critter Getter Pirogues - built to last a life time. 318-443-1355 They make a 12' flat back. I've bought a coulpe regular ones . They are nice and wide. Ole boys that make um said they are alittle deeper in the back for incase you want to put a small motor on it.

 Re: Pirogue
Southern Fiberglass in Chauvin, La. makes pirogoues. Dont know about flat backs. Give them a call. Talk to Todd Fanguy, owner/pirogoue builder.

 Re: Pirogue
I think im gonna end up with a Stealth 2000 with Crawdad Mud Motor. Getting the new 2009 model blind supposedly coming out in July from Beavertail. Gonna set it up as a two man boat with the blind and gonna make a gille cover so I can use it as a layout in the late season when the birds wanna stay out in the middle of the lake.
