 Tiller torque 35 HD Sport
Holy crap, good thing you can bend the rear tab
I fought that motor every second for 32 miles yesterday. Apparently I have to bend the tab ot a bit more.
My old 11x10 prop with this worked flawlessly.
The new BB puts a lot more torque on the handle.
At 3850rpm running 22.3 with 3 of us and a fishing load - I had the football against my hip just to manage the torque.
Cool story bro?

I just went from an 11x10 to a big blade on my 23. I notice a difference to! Hit 20.7 with 3 guys and w loaded down beer coolers. I also noticed a difference in my rpms also.

Re: Tiller torque 35 HD Sport
Did your rpms drop when u swapped up to the bb? Just curious. Mine sounded like I was tagging a rev limiter at 4200-4300 but before I could pull around 4700 with the 11x10. I did swap a coil when I swapped prop but according to MB it's the only coil they offer..

Re: Tiller torque 35 HD Sport
I do remember getting better speeds with 11x10 with close to the same load

Re: Tiller torque 35 HD Sport
I haven't tried that actually. .. My 11x10 is a load carrying prop but it has a few rock dents in it that require fixing. Calling the prop shop in town to inquire about pricing. If I recall, I would rev limit at 4000 rpms with the 11x10 Was running 3860 for best speeds with the BB and the load this last weekend. The 11x10 was solo running.

I'm gonna throw my 11x10 back on and run it and report back.

Re: Tiller torque 35 HD Sport
My stock 35 mudbuddy with a Big Blade prop had a lot of tiller torque when I first got it. I bent the tab on the skeg a little at a time till I got it where there was none. I bent it a total of 1 inch more than it came with from the factory. Made sure to bend it in the original crease
