 whos got a winch?
Im trying to design a winch mount....need some ideas.
I dont want a reciever hitch type.
i want a stinger type with a plate to mount a winch, that can be pulled out and replaced with a stinger for the lights. the winch and lights will use the same plug.
post up some pics!! Ive searched, but couldnt find what I was looking for.
Full Throttle, im callin' you out. you have what im lookin for I think. Post some pics of yours.

A lot of the SETX crew has fixed mount winches maybe some of them can post up pictures... I have the removable one that Gator-Tail built me. Very nice I love it...

Here is the mount aucoin built for me. Mount your winch on top of the plate. Has a pin in the pipe, pull the pin out and put the plate with the light down in the hole if you want to use the light. Both run on the same plug.

Ask and you shall receive, sir....
I had an aluminum bracket built to fit a golight, then just used rivnuts to mount it.
Brother Breaux built the plate and hole for my boat and I just used a superwinch 2000. Run a bolt thru the pipe and it's ready to go. They both use the same plug.

 Re: whos got a winch?
My winch and trolling motor are both mounted on stingers and simply stab em into th receiver hitch I made. Both use the same plug. The lights are permanant and hard wired into a toggle switch at the driver's seat.
