1952 Sportsman's Fab CC Fully loaded GTR 35
Boat: Sportsmans Fab 1952 with 1/8 sides, 3/16 bottom, CC, pointed bow with modified v, single step chine, front deck w/ storage, back deck w/storage, hunt deck, fully welded in floor, 4 inch catwalks.
Motor: 2010 GTR Stock engine MM double exhaust system
Load and Conditions: Trolling motor, 2 batteries, full yeti, 16.5 gallons gas, 2 guys (220), some tools, life jackets, fire extinguisher, and go light. Ran in mostly deep water with about a 10mph wind.
First off I love the boat... it came out just like I wanted it to. It sits well and rides well in the water and did not slide terribly bad. Can hold a constant 25mph at 3800RPMs. Not too bad for the tank of a boat that I have.
I have to say I'm not completely happy with the setup though. I'm just to used to having way more HP and even though I was told It wouldn't be enough I had to try it for myself. I could probably stage 1 this thing a wake it up a bit, but I think I would rather go with an outboard and lilly keel setup. This will still enable to me to cut lillys and not worry about stumps and logs. I may not be able to play in pure mud, but I've decided that's the route I'm going to take. So... look for a gator tail for sale soon in the classifieds....

Thanks!....Plan on leaving it bare for now. I still have black diamond hydro turf to lay and some other things to buff out. Its going in the woods a lot and no doubt I will fuc a 1500 paint job like who woulda thought.
