Post Flat Bar Beween Floor and Side?
I have been seeing a few builders welding a piece of flat bar between the false floor and the side the length of false floor. What is the purpose of this? I'm planning out a new build and have been wondering about that.

Don't have to cut the floor perfect

That's what I was thinking, thanks. So is the floor welded to the side at all or only to flatbar?

i do flat bar welded to the sides unless asked for different. main reason i do it is because it looks cleaner than just bottom to the sides and they act as ramps if you need to wash anything over the center cross brace.

If you ever have to take the floor out its a lot easier than if it's fully welded to the sides
