Re: whats the point of a stick steer... This thread has turned out better then any review out there. Except for pd efi of course. I've read they have great speeds with that add on.

If you wanted remote steering, but had a relatively narrow boat, stick steer would have the advantage over CC because you don't have to get behind it (the console/seat) which would be hard with a CC in a narrow boat.
