My wife and I had out first date out in the marsh. We took my outboard down the wax and showed her around then headed over to my lease where I had my mud boat. My city girl (grew up in ATL, then moved to Nola before high school) never did any hunting or fishing or even much boating growing up. Now, she can't get enough of it! I've taken her on a couple hunts...she's about to go through the class to get her hunting license. She's caught a few redfish...she wants to go offshore now. She's grabbed frogs off the front of the boat...she's a frog grabber for life. I haven't taught her to back up a trailer yet, but she can safely drive the boat, if need be, and she can put it on the trailer. For a girl whose daddy doesn't hunt or fish, she's taken to all this outdoor stuff like a fat kid to cake. I say throw her right in the middle of it, and see what happens. If she loves it, then you know. If she hates it, then can just remain a slampiece...

problem resolved itself. we had been fighting the pass month, and she just called me and told me i didnt have respect for her or her kid and she broke up with me. lol. this thread is now pointless. lol
